Cathy is a native of Virginia and has lived Winchester, Virginia the past 35 years. She has 2 adult children and is married to Bob Lawler. Cathy is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Cathy has always had a passion to travel and expanding her knowledge of new destinations, people and their cultures. In 2001, Cathy began as travel consultant in Winchester. A year later, she opened Lawler Classic Travel and since then she has worked with thousands of couples, families, honeymooners and companies to plan travel throughout the world. Cathy travels numerous times each year and visits resorts and cruises to expand her knowledge of the industry.  She has been on more than 30 cruises and is always a valuable resource for information when booking a cruise. She has built many valuable relationships with resort and cruise personnel.  Cathy is a certified Sandals and Beaches Specialist and visited nearly all of their resorts. She loves to work with Brides and Grooms planning honeymoons and destination weddings. Ed enjoys traveling with family and friends and have arranged many group vacations Ed enjoys building a rapport with the clients and learning what their likes and dislikes are. Ed has been married for 41 years and has a daughter that in a NICU Nurse practitioner. Debbie enjoys learning about and experiencing different cultures and spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She has learned that the best way to incorporate all of these things is to travel to different destinations together. A couple of their most popular places so far has been Walt Disney World, Las Vegas, New York, all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, and cruises to multiple destinations. She has a degree in Accounting but in late 2018 decided to diversify her portfolio by becoming a travel consultant for Lawler Classic Travel. She recently obtained a degree from Royal Caribbean University and therefore has obtained a wealth of knowledge regarding that cruise line. Her clients know her for the superior customer service she provides for them from start to finish. *The U.S. National Parks — Personally, my favorite vacation was a tour of Grand Canyon National Park and Zion National Park in the southwestern region of the United States. I enjoy creating itineraries for travelers who want to experience these wondrous areas of the country and more!

*Hawaii — I lived in Hawaii for several years, and the Aloha Spirit continues to live on in me. I love creating customized itineraries for my travelers who want to enjoy this paradise.

I am Margaret Ann Gochenour, known to my friends, and travel friends as MAG. I live in the Shenandoah Valley, in a small town of Edinburg, Va. Edinburg is midway between Winchester to the north, and Harrisonburg to the south. My husband Jerry and I live on 8 acres west of Edinburg. We

have 3 grandchildren. (all girls) I was an Elementary School 4th grade teacher in Shenandoah Co. for 35 years prior to being an Independent Travel Counsellor. I decided that Travel was going to be my focus. Travel has been my focus for 11 years.

Communication is key for me and my clients. I love talking to the client on the phone and meeting with them one on one, where my personable nature comes bubbling over. I use my conversational skills and communicational skills to book many groups, families and couples on ocean cruises and river cruises, as well as inclusive resorts.

Royal Caribbean Cruises are my favorite. I have sailed with them 12 times. Most recently to Cuba with Royal. I have obtained the Royal Caribbean University Master of Adventure Certificate.

As a graduate of West Virginia University, I have previously spent 20+ years in my family’s business at Duncan Bros Tire as one of the only female Retread Plant Managers in the country. After the company sold, I looked for a job that would allow the flexibility to spend more time with my husband Chuck and our twin daughters, Emma and Caroline. In 2013, I landed in the Travel Industry, working as executive assistant for the owner of another local agency. That position quickly evolved into planning trips for clients as the Inside Sales Agent, then in 2019 I went out on my own as an Independent Travel Advisor. I love travel and am constantly keeping up on current travel trends and doing various industry/vendor/destination training whenever possible. 

I love to help my clients find the perfect vacation for their budget and desires. I work with all destinations around the world, land and sea vacations! I enjoy working with clients to plan their “bucket list” trips to many destinations including: Alaska, Hawaii, Great Britain, Europe or the National Parks in the US. After my own honeymoon at Sandals Regency La Toc in St. Lucia, I fell in love with the brand. I have been fortunate to return to almost all of their resorts to vacation or visit to inspect them for my clients! I attend annual training/recertification class, and am a CSS (Certified Sandals Specialist) Gold level agent and am blessed to have been recognized for my sales achievements by Sandals on numerous occasions. Cruises are popular for seniors and families. You can play late into the night or just relax in the adults only area while the kids enjoy the specialized kids camps available on all cruise ships.

In 1997, I experienced my first Caribbean cruise on Carnival sailing to Nassau Bahamas.  At that moment I realized I was in love with traveling. Upon my return home from my cruise my Mom & I had decided to explore another Caribbean island, Montego Bay Jamaica. At that point I decided I wanted to pursue my love for travel and help others.

I became a full time agent in 2000 and have been in the industry for 20 years. I have been on 15 cruises to the Caribbean, visited the original Sandals Ocho Rios in Jamaica, Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos, Cancun, Cozumel & Riviera Maya in Mexico, Walt Disney World in Florida, Paris, England and Iceland, along with several local destinations in the United States.
